Watch Hannah’s Story

In this video, Hannah Nadeau shares how studying Psychology at PBA and serving on a mission trip to Cochabamba, Bolivia strengthened her confidence in Christ and deepened her desire to serve children and families.

Highlights of Hannah’s Story

Hannah Nadeau, a Psychology major at PBA, felt called to serve internationally after watching a chapel video about . Inspired by the ministry’s work in Bolivia, she stepped out in faith and joined a mission trip to Cochabamba with CMGlobal.

During the mission trip, Hannah and her team partnered with a local church and served through Vacation Bible School, community outreach, and home visits. They painted nails, played sports, danced, and built meaningful relationships with children in the community. These moments of joy created powerful connections and opened doors for deeper conversations about faith.

One of the most impactful experiences for Hannah was participating in a home visit after a VBS day. Her team prayed with a local family, read Scripture together, and provided essential items such as food and shoes. Seeing firsthand the living conditions of the community brought clarity to why they were there — not only to meet physical needs but to offer spiritual encouragement.

Hannah describes witnessing the redemptive hand of God throughout the trip, especially in the lives of children who had experienced hardship. The experience strengthened her confidence in her faith and reminded her that God works through His people in powerful ways. She returned home with renewed excitement about the Lord she serves and a deeper passion to pursue psychology as a way to care for and support others.
